Maggie's Ortak Jewellery now available in Inverness
Former Miss Scotland Nieve Jennings posed with a beautiful range of jewellery designed by Ortak in honour of Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres.
Ortak is Scotland’s leading designer and manufacturer of gold and silver jewellery and was inspired by the architecture of Maggie's to design the jewellery set. The Ortak store in Inverness now has the collection in store and Maggie's is encouraging supporters across the Highlands to visit the store and make a purchase.
Ortak’s MD Alistair Gray said: “Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres offer fantastic support across the whole of the UK for people affected by cancer and we are delighted to come on board to do our bit for the charity. We ... felt that a range of jewellery was the perfect way for us to help raise awareness and funds for such a worthy cause.”
Carole Bridge, Centre Head at Maggie's Highlands said: "They are the perfect treat for yourself or gift for a friend or loved one. I hope many people will purchase from this exclusive range as the money raised will greatly benefit Maggie’s Centres across the UK. We support people to live with, through and beyond cancer and we can only do that through the generosity of companies like Ortak and the support from individuals.”
The jewellery range is made of polished silver and ‘hayfield green’ hot glass enamel and was inspired by the stunning architecture of Maggie’s unique cancer caring centres.
The range is available in all of Ortak’s 15 stores and online with prices starting from £30.00, with a donation of 10% of the purchase price (before VAT) being made to Maggie’s.
