How to Download Videos

Our video content has been converted into both Windows Media Video (WMV) and Quicktime (MOV) formats and are suitable for playing on both PCs running Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh.

Microsoft Windows users, please note that if you have Quicktime installed - either by itself or because you installing iTunes - you have the option to download the Quicktime Video if you prefer this format.  You can download Quicktime from Apple for free at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/.

To download videos, please follow instructions appropriate to your operating system and web browser:

Microsoft Windows (PC), Internet Explorer Web Browser

Choose the download link for Windows Media and right click over the link.  A pop up menu will appear, select the option 'Save Target As...' and choose a location to save the video.  The video will start to download.

Microsoft Windows (PC), Firefox Web Browser

Choose the download link for Windows Media and right click over the link.  A pop up menu will appear, select the option 'Save Link As...' and choose a location to save the video.  The video will start to download.

Apple Macintosh, Safari Web Browser

Simply click on the link for Quicktime and the file will download to your downloads folder.  Alternatively you can right click on the link and select 'Download Linked File' from the popup menu.

Apple Macintosh, Firefox Web Browser

Choose the download link for Quicktime and right click over the link.  A pop up menu will appear, select the option 'Save Link As...' and choose a location to save the video.  The video will start to download.
