All our services are free, please call for further information or to pre-book a session.

The centre is open from 9am to 5pm weekedays and you can drop in at any time.  Unless otherwise indicated, no pre-boking is required. 

Please ask centre staff about the Nutrition Workshop, Tai Chi, Yoga, Talking Heads and the Living with Cancer course.
