Wales' Minister for Health visits Maggie's South West Wales

The Minister for Health and Social Services was given a tour of the facility by Maggie's SW Wales Centre Head, Debbie Horrigan.
Members of Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University NHS Trust and Maggie's SW Wales campaign board - Chairman Roy Phelps, Dr Pat Steane, Simon Tse, Byron Lewis and Dr El Sharkawi - also met with Mrs Hart to discuss the progress that Maggie's is having in raising funds for a purpose built centre at Singleton Hospital.
Debbie Horrigan described the visit as a success, saying that Mrs Hart was extremely positive about all the services that are on offer at Maggie's, plus the comforting environment in which these takes place.
Mrs Hart also heard first-hand about the many benefits that using a Maggie's Centre can have from local centre user, Berni Rowden.
