Make a note of each name(s) that you want to order and download and complete this order form and send with your payment to The Christmas Shop, Maggie's Centres, Appledown House, Barton Business Park, New Dover Road, Canterbuy, Kent, CT1 3TE.  Please make cheques payable to 'Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres'.

To order the cards please download and complete the order form and return to The Christmas Shop, Maggie's Centres, Appledown House, Barton Business Park, New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3TE.

The names of the cards are below - please use these when ordering through the Christmas card order form.  Please make cheques payable to 'Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres'.
