Gift Aid Form
Please click on the link below to download and complete the gift aid form, if you pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the amount to be reclaimed in the appropriate tax year. That way we can claim an extra 28% (for gifts given up to 5 April 2008) or 25%, from 6 April 2008 from HM Revenue and Customs at no extra cost to you.
