RIBA Awards Honorary Fellow to Maggie's CEO
Laura Lee, Maggie’s CEO, has been made an Honorary Fellow of RIBA, the Royal Institute of British Architects.
This life time honour is in acknowledgement of the contributions both she and Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres have made to the world of architecture.
Maggies Centres have been designed by some of the worlds most famous architects including Richard Rogers, Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry.
Thirteen other Honorary Fellowships were announced by RIBA ranging from the writer Peter Ackroyd to the design critic Stephen Bayley and Jonathon Porrit.
