A Midsummer Dinner for Maggie’s Centres

Kirsty Wark hosted a gathering for 50 Maggie’s supporters at the spectacular Finlaystone House, just outside Glasgow, on Saturday 18 June.

Guests were treated to an intimate gig by KT Tunstall, who played a 45minute set, including favourites, Black Horse and the Cherry Tree and Suddenly I See.

The event was part of Maggie’s Centres 15 year anniversary celebrations, which are taking place throughout the year, across the country. In 2011, Maggie’s Centres celebrates 15 years since the opening of their inaugural centre in Edinburgh, and their expansion to 15 centres either built or n development this year.

Finlaystone House has been owned by Clan MacMillan for the past five generations, with Mr and Mrs Arthur MacMillan kindly opening up their home for Maggie’s Centres’ A Midsummer Dinner.
