Maggie’s Centres offer a range of exercise options, including yoga, tai chi and walking groups.
All sessions are tailored to people with cancer and are flexible to suit your own needs. They can also provide a chance to talk to people going through a similar experience to you.
Evidence shows that exercise offers many benefits, from reducing fatigue and improving your wellness and physical fitness, to building your confidence during and after cancer treatment.
