Run 100

Date

Saturday 13 June 2015 - Friday 19 June 2015

Location

Highlands

Join a select group of ten business leaders from across Scotland and take part in an awe-inspiring five day run from coast to coast through the epic scenery of Scotland, raising funds for Maggie’s.

The Run 100 Team Leader Fraser Smart, Group President of Xerox’s Consulting & Analytics Group, will lead the team on this extraordinary one hundred mile journey. His own astonishing personal journey has seen him diagnosed with cancer five times, and the support Maggie’s offered helped him and his family get through the complex challenges of living with cancer.

We have ten places available on this unique fundraising challenge. Maggie’s CEO, Laura Lee, has signed up to join Fraser already. Will you be next to join them?

We ask that you’re able to run a half marathon in 2.5 hours or less and run on consecutive days. We’ll provide training support in the lead up to the challenge and an organised training and preparation day with the team.

Run 100 is not a race, you will run at a relaxed pace with plenty of breaks and time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We are asking people to raise £2,000 or as much as possible towards the team of 10’s £20,000 target.

“When we run together across the Skye Bridge, we’ll feel on top of the world.” Fraser Smart

How your money helps

Your support means so much to the people affected by cancer who come to our Centres each day. It costs £590,000 a year to keep a Maggie's Centre open, and the money you raise will help your Maggie's Centre continue to provide emotional, practical and social support to people with cancer and their family and friends.
