Run Balmoral is a festival of running; a chance for runners of all ages and abilities to take part in one of the best running events in the North East of Scotland.
Ranging from junior races for Primary school children to 5k, 10k and the 15 mile Glacier Energy Trail Race, there really is something for everyone! There's even a duathlon for those that want to add mountain biking to their challenge. Please take a look at the Run Balmoral website for full details.
The event takes place in the beautiful Balmoral Estate, approximately 50 miles West of Aberdeen. Runners will receive a timing chip so you can record an accurate time, and a medal and t-shirt to celebrate your achievement!

Why join Team Maggie's?
All Maggie's runners will receive fundraising support, a high performance running vest to wear on race day, huge cheers as you make your way towards the finish line and a Maggie's medal! We'll be there to support you every step of the way.
How you'll help
Your fundraising will enable us to continue to provide our practical, emotional and social support for free for people with cancer and their family and friends.
- Your £80 could pay for two people to visit to a Maggie’s Centre for the very first time, allowing them to access the support they need.
- Your £120 could pay for a nutrition workshop for one day, helping visitors to combat the side effects of treatment and improve their physical and mental well-being.
