Maggie’s Centres offer a range of exercise options, including yoga, tai chi and walking groups.

All sessions are tailored to people with cancer and are flexible to suit your own needs. They can also provide a chance to talk to people going through a similar experience to you.

Evidence shows that exercise offers many benefits, from reducing fatigue and improving your wellness and physical fitness, to building your confidence during and after cancer treatment.

This is s drop-in session, which means you don't have to book, you can just come along.

It is led by Jenny, our Psychologist and this class helps you to focus on the 'here and now'. It offers a way of freeing yourself from unhelpful ways of thinking and responding.
