Reiki, a Japanese word for Universal Life Energy, is a relaxing and gentle technique where therapists believe they act as a channel for energy which they transfer through their hands to aid self-healing, rebalancing and relaxation.

A Reiki session involves sitting or lying down fully clothed, while the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the body in a sequence of positions that allows energy to flow from the practitioner through to the person.

This group is for friends and relatives of people with cancer. It provides an opportunity to talk to other people who are in a similar situation to you, and to share experiences. The group is a safe space to express emotions and feelings with people who understand.
