Nordic Walking Course

Nordic walking uses poles to add two major benefits to fitness walking:

  • encouraging better posture and engage a greater proportion of the upper body muscles
  • providing a lift to make walking feel easier and propulsion to increase walking speed: the nordic walker exercises at a higher intensity for less perceived effort. 

Nordic walking can be done by anyone anywhere and applications as a fitness technique, a healthy walking concept, a rehabilitative tool and sports conditioning.

Nordic walking must be learnt correctly to get the most out of the activity and we're pleased to offer a fully qualified instructor to lead our walks.
