We have a new addition to our programme, looking at healthy eating.
Kellie Anderson, who runs our healthy eating sessons, is now running Saturday healthy snack sessions. Kellie will be doing demonstrations with samples! The first session is Saturday 14 September, from 11am-12.30pm. She will be raiding the store cupboard and spice rack, as well as using fresh ingredients to make quick and easy nibbles that nourish and sustain.
If you're needing help with easy, nutritious ad tasty snacks, this is the session for you. Ask a member of the team to sign you up. Numbers are limited, but more sessions will be offered soon.
