At Maggie’s Fife you can pop in to the centre on a Monday and speak to our specialist Benefits Advisor.

Our Benefits Advisors can tell you what you’re entitled to and help with practical things like parking permits and extra money you may be able to claim. We’ll help you to fill out all the necessary forms and support you through the application process - we’ll even post them for you.

If you can't make it into the centre during the drop-in times, you can call us on 01592 647997 or email fife@maggiescentres.org for more information or to book an appointment.

It can often be a very emotional time with periods of confusion, challenge, exhauststion and loneliness.

We provide a space for carers to meet up for a chat and have a little bit of 'me' time. The four-week course is facilitated by our Cancer Suport Specialists.

Expressive art is a way to explore your feelings – particularly those which can be difficult to put into words – with no skill or experience required.

Concentrating on creating art can help you slow down, relax and process your thoughts. Your unconscious mind can express feelings through pictures, colours and shapes that you might struggle to put into words. By doing that you may begin to understand more of what you’re feeling, which can help to build your confidence.
