Come and enjoy a haven of rest and rejuvenation with nourishing evidence-based restorative yoga movements, topped off with a comfortable relaxation programme designed so you can come back home to yourself. Suitable for everyone, you are encouraged to only do what feels right for you on the day.

The sessions are drop in so please come along and try out this very enjoyable class.

There is an opportunity to enjoy a coffee/tea and a chat at the kitchen table.

Tai Chi is for anyone with cancer or caring for someone with cancer. This practice combines a deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements that put very litte pressure on bones and joints. 

There is also the opportunity to enjoy time with the other group members to chat over coffee around the kitchen table. 

No booking required, just drop in. We run 2 sessions per week:

Drop in

Practical relaxation exercises to help manage stress and improve wellbeing. These sessions are designed to help you find some peace and calmness. The facilitator will guide you throught the process of relaxing your muscles one by one and letting tension ebb away to a background of relaxing music. Some visualisation is used, which involves asking you to imagine a series of images often including colour and nature.

There is also the opportunity after the session to enjoy a coffee/tea at the kitchen table afterwards.
