Tai Chi is for anyone with cancer or caring for someone with cancer. This practice combines a deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements which put very litte pressure on bones and joints. 

There is also the opportunity to enjoy time with the other group members to chat over coffee around the kitchen table. 

No booking required, just drop in. We run 2 sessions per week:

Fridays: 10.30am-11.30am

Tuesdays: 11am-12pm

Come and enjoy a haven of rest and rejuvenation with nourishing evidence-based restorative yoga movements topped off with a comfortable relaxation designed so you can come back home to yourself. Suitable for everyone, you are encouraged to only do what feels right for you on the day.

The sessions are drop in so please come along and try out this very enjoyable class
