Have you always liked the idea of Tai Chi but have yet to make it along to a class? Why come along to our brand new Begginers class on Tuesdays at 11am with instructor Paul.

Tai Chi is a gentle class that combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. It has been known to improve moods, along with easing stress and anxiety. It also helps with movement, and can enhance flexibility, balance, and agility.

This class is a drop in session so please just come along on Tuesdays for 11am and join in with Paul.
