What's on at
Maggie's Online Centre

Maggie’s Online Centre offers the same core programme of support as our physical Centres by adapting the courses and support groups for online. By registering with the Centre you can access our support and networking groups, send messages to other users, comment in conversations and contact members of the Centre staff for one-to-one support.

All of our support and networking groups are professionally facilitated and free to join. Please note that our Centre staff work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and endeavour to respond to all private messages as soon as possible, within those hours.

To browse the calendar, either scroll through the weeks using the side arrows, view the month at a glace by selecting the calendar view icon, or see a list of upcoming courses and events by selecting the list view icon.

Please get in touch or visit the Centre to find out more about these sessions. Our Centre staff can help you choose the best place to get started.

A course for coping with stress and improving wellbeing.

Sometimes we only notice we are stressed when we explode or panic or see that our family or friends worry about us or we may notice that we have changed. Perhaps we see ourselves being more tired, tense or irritable with others. We may experience unpleasant physical sensations, for example a knotted stomach, cold sweats or a racing heart.

If you or someone close to you has had a diagnosis of cancer, you have experienced a serious stressful life event.

This is a seven-week online course. Find out more about the course and register for a place on the next course by visiting the Online Centre.
