Where Now? is a six-week course for anyone who has finished their cancer treatment. It offers skills and techniques to support you through this transition period and beyond.

Where Now? helps you manage the physical, emotional and practical issues you may face after your treatment has finished, through a series of group sessions each lasting around three hours. Each session is led by a Cancer Support Specialist and offers the chance to explore key issues and concerns alongside other people in a similar situation.

Discussions during the course focus on the following topics:

Our yoga sessions offer the opportunity for gentle restorative exercise and stretching to help build general fitness and resilience. No previous experience is necessary and equipment is provided.

Evidence shows that exercise offers many benefits, from reducing fatigue and improving your wellness and physical fitness, to building your confidence during and after cancer treatment.

Victoria Mann is a Specialist Dietitian with over 7 years of NHS experience working as a Macmillan Advanced Dietitian at the Churchill Hospital.

In this interactive session Victoria will talk through what a good nutritious diet looks like and tackle common myths about food and cancer.

She will also explore the common challenges people face and explain some strategies to overcome these. There will be plenty of time for questions too.

The group is for anyone who finds themselves, or a loved one, living with the uncertainty of a diagnosis of an incurable cancer. You are very welcome to attend on your own or as a couple.
