Expressive art is a way to explore your feelings – particularly those which can be difficult to put into words – with no skill or experience required.

Concentrating on creating art can help you slow down, relax and process your thoughts. Your unconscious mind can express feelings through pictures, colours and shapes that you might struggle to put into words. And by doing that you may begin to understand more what you’re feeling, which can help to build your confidence.

Meditation is a way of helping you develop your skills in concentration and focusing on the here and now. It is aimed to increase your awareness of how you think, feel and cope in life. When developing this skill an opening can be created to learn to deal with stress differently.

These sessions are suitable for everyone, regardless of experience in meditation. It will be an opportunity to meditate together and learn from each other. In the sessions we will meditate together, through guided meditation.

Come and join us to try mindful meditation, a lovely peaceful opportunity to lose yourself in the moment.
