We’re relaunching our relaxation sessions this year and inviting people who may be interested to come along and give it a try.
Relaxation is a simple and effective tool for transforming your emotional state and helping to alleviate stress and anxiety. By following mindfulness techniques and focusing on the breath, you can create a positive and relaxed state of mind, as well as improving your health and wellbeing.
The session is run by Aneesh and takes place in the centre every Tuesday from 11.30-12.00.
