Eating well during and after cancer treatment can make a real difference to the way you feel. Our nutrition workshops introduce you to types of food that are particularly good for you – and tasty ways to enjoy them.

The workshops also cover treatment-related eating challenges, and offers the chance to ask questions about your own diet.

The workshops are open to people with cancer and their families and friends.
